I was a bit leery about using a broker to buy or lease a car. I had always negotiated deals myself and been pretty pleased with the results. When I recently went to lease a Lexus GS350 F-Sport for my wife I became very frustrated in dealing with the dealers in the Phoenix area. They would barely honor the nationally advertised Lexus "Command Performance Event" pricing/terms. Lawrence Buck at New Car Superstore was excellent to work with. He was able to arrange for a lease at terms that were much better than the nationally advertised deal and even managed to have the car delivered to me in Scottsdale within a few days.
